Background
The core smart contracts CollateralVault, LetterOfCredit, and PriceOracle leverage OpenZeppelin’s Ownable2Step model. Initially, these contracts were deployed with the deploying address as the default owner and the AnvilTimelock contract as the pendingOwner. These contracts were purposefully deployed with minimal configuration to allow Governance to assume ownership and make the first significant configurations.
